I still think the most likely outcome (once ISIS is eliminated) is the partition of Syria between the Russian/Assad regime in the West, Turkey with a strip just south of the border, and the US/Kurds with the rest.
On the other hand, Erdogan is just stupid enough to think he can take on the Kurds or the Syrian regime by himself.

Those are *not* tanks. They are self-propelled 155mm guns. Artillery, not armored assault vehicles.
