A former U.S. intelligence contractor tells Circa he walked away with more than 600 million classified documents on 47 hard drives from the National Security Agency and the CIA, a haul potentially larger than Edward Snowden's now infamous breach.
And now he is suing former FBI Director James Comey and other government figures, alleging the bureau has covered up evidence he provided them showing widespread spying on Americans that violated civil liberties.
The suit, filed late Monday night by Dennis Montgomery, was assigned to the same federal judge who has already ruled that some of the NSA's collection of data on Americans violates the U.S. Constitutions Fourth Amendment, setting up an intriguing legal proceeding in the nations capital this summer.
Montgomery says the evidence he gave to the FBI chronicle the warrantless collection of phone, financial and personal data and the unmasking of identities in spy data about millions of Americans.

Who has possession of the 47 hard drives now? Do they still exist?
Yes, is this real? Do these drives exist and do they have data on them?
According to the story and the radio program I heard the FBI has the hard drives now.
I imagine the FBI will do a thorough job of investigating themselves before they clear themselves of any wrongdoing.
YUUUGE indeed. This is going to get very very interesting, 'way beyond popcorn stage.
I have been following this story for a while now, OAN had a clip about it a couple of months ago, I follow OAN on their news on my computer...
The guy is ill, and he seen what was happening and gathered this information, went to several people, departments, no one wanted to hear it, so he retired and took them home...
I don’t know if the FBI has them or not, you can bet that if he turned them over to Comey, they are in the hands of A.G. Sessions and President Trump...
The radio says the FBI has all 47 hard drives.
Posted yesterday, too. Hannity talked about it last night and the guy, Montgomery, worked under Bush first. The cover-up was probably because of the Patriot Act being abused and inevitably used against Patriots in the United States by the Traitors in the Jarrett administration.
MICHAEL FLYNN WAS MONTGOMERYS LAWYER...what a soap opera.

Hiding Details of Dubious Deal, U.S. Invokes National Security
WASHINGTON For eight years, government officials turned to Dennis Montgomery, a California computer programmer, for eye-popping technology that he said could catch terrorists. Now, federal officials want nothing to do with him and are going to extraordinary lengths to ensure that his dealings with Washington stay secret.
The Justice Department, which in the last few months has gotten protective orders from two federal judges keeping details of the technology out of court, says it is guarding state secrets that would threaten national security if disclosed. But others involved in the case say that what the government is trying to avoid is public embarrassment over evidence that Mr. Montgomery bamboozled federal officials.

The Justice Department is trying to cover this up, Mr. Flynn said. If this unravels, all of the evidence, all of the phony terror alerts and all the embarrassment comes up publicly, too. The government knew this technology was bogus, but these guys got paid millions for it.
It was discussed on Hannity last night and by Hucklebee a guest on American News room this morning
Oh good, glad to see it is getting out...
Bkmrk.
I’m real curious when there will be a full investigation and disclosure regarding what the Awan Brothers were up to.

There were last said to be in Comey’s possession when he was fired. Apparently nothing was done during the long time he had that information.
Will he be asked about them tomorrow?
That's what I'm thinking. Comey must have known what was on them & what would happen if the information was ever released, that's why he didn't proceed with the investigation. Knowing this, why would Comey even keep the evidence around?
Great question.
Also, whatever happened to Devin Nunes?
Wow. Imagine Obama being tried and imprisoned for twenty million counts of illegal surveillance?
Just a guess, but maybe it’s hard to destroy that much evidence. Maybe it wasn’t so much that he kept it around, but that there were multiple copies, or maybe destroying it would leave a much more prominent trail or something.
