A close relative who used psychedelics decades ago still experiences flashbacks; often they attack at times of physical exhaustion. I’d hate for one to arrive when the former user is behind the wheel.

Agree. I’ve seen many cases where the person’s race is more important to some juries than the evidence and witnesses.
