There’s a very good reason you never met such a person who decided to fly out a window.
A close relative who used psychedelics decades ago still experiences flashbacks; often they attack at times of physical exhaustion. I’d hate for one to arrive when the former user is behind the wheel.
I have watched drunk people jump out of windows on numerous occasions. Mostly in college.
