Police say Baker and his friends were at the store, when the 22-year-old male victim drove into the parking lot and parked his car.
The victim then got out of his car and walked into the store. While inside surveillance video showed Baker mocking how the victim walked. When the victim came back out, Baker continued to mock the victim, imitating how he moved.
The victim stopped and stood in front of his car, when authorities say Baker punched the victim directly in the face, without warning.
The defendants actions in this case are appalling. You wonder what would make an individual treat somebody like that, West Chester Police Chief Scott Bohn said of the incident.
Baker left the scene as the victim placed his hand over his face where he was punched.

Whatever the max sentence is, give it.
“Whatever the max sentence is, give it.”
I agree. Pure thuggery.
It’s interesting how they threw in the word “mocked”, as if mocking is part of the criminal charges. It’s almost as if they want to connect this with the Trump campaign clip they showed over and over. Watch for that campaign clip to be resurrected if this news item gets any LSM air time.
Put him in General Pop, then tell everyone he’s child molester....................
Street rats. Nothing more, nothing less.
The public whipping post should be brought back. Beat this animal to within an inch of his life, and afterwards warn him that it will be worse next time if he ever does anything like that against.
I would like to the “whipping post” brought back too.
The guy in the black shirt should have been busted as an accessory for just standing there through the whole deal.
There is no excuse at all, but one explanation could be that this guy was drunk at 2.30am.
Even if drunk though, there has to be something else going on. Why mess with a disabled man who was doing nothing to you at all?
This kind of thuggery usually based on race hate (black vs white) or it happens with men about 10 years younger, still trying to impress their pals about how tough they are. Only this fool himself knows why it bothered him so much to have a disabled man in his presence.
IF you were a CCW holder and witnessed this, would you intervene?
IF so, how?
I think I would have confronted him with: “Hey man, leave this guy alone. He ain’t hurtin’ anybody. Why you want to do that chit?” The whole time having my wife dialing 911 with an open phone so they could hear the whole incident go down either way and the phone camera rolling.
At that point, it’s likely he would either walk off (which would be the smartest thing he ever did in his life for his own good) or turn on me. Most likely, given my age, he would have turned on me with threatening physical bodily harm. At that point, the M&P would be out with one last warning before he caught a nice big fat .357 SIG round right between the eyes.
Well, after a few night’s in jail/prison, The perp “Barry Baker” is going to walk funny to.
Hope this SOB winds up in Prison and his jailmates take turns sucker punching him. Even in prison, there is a hierarchy and this POS is right down there with child molesters.
You instigated the scenario you fantasied about. You would get charged, count on it
I like your idea.
Dear Barry,
Enjoy the sodomy.
Love,
TXBlair
I’d say the store bears some liability if they allowed these young punks to loiter on the premises.
Hey, FOX, what’s the statute for mocking?
Exactly correct. I would be charged for interjecting myself into someone else’s assault (no deadly weapon involved) even though it may be the morally thing to do. Legally, I’d be liable.
On the other hand, IF I said nothing and he also assaulted me personally for absolutely no reason and I was in fear of my life because of the age difference, that’s a different story....depending on the state that it happens in.
It’s important to know the law in your state.
