The higher-ups in law enforcement and government are scrubbing the horrific crime of honor killing. Fatima Abudallah was honor murdered in Florida. We worked furiously to get justice for Fatima. Sharia ruled. This points to the continued diminishment of women in the West by the introduction of Islamic cultural mores and practices.

Verified by US based pediatrician and fellow at the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Hatem Al Haj Elhagaly, listed as a member of the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA). This ‘Islamic scholar’ issued a 2006 ‘fatwa’ (an authoritative Islamic law ruling), saying that Islam sanctioned genital mutilation b/c sexual enjoyment is ‘better for the husband' when performed on a mutilated female.
Dr Elgahaly acknowledged that the majority of the scholars regard it allowable and some consider it wajib (obligatory).
FGM was being conducted by Muslim doctors in Detroit for 12 years. Horrendous accounts surfaced of little girls genital body parts being savagely sliced off, then sewn back up, leaving only a small passage for urination. Some little girls died from blood loss.

It was Friday evening; the holy day of the Islamic week when Muslims are told to “leave off business” and “hasten to the remembrance of Allah.” That is what the two women leading two little girls to be mutilated thought that they were doing. Muslims believe that on Friday, angels stand outside the doors of mosques to record who shows up for prayer. But it was the hotel surveillance cameras that watched and recorded as the two little girls arrived, unaware of the horror that was about to happen to them.
The 7-year-old girl had been told that she was going to Detroit for a “special” girls’ trip. Instead her special trip turned into a nightmare. After the Muslim doctor allegedly mutilated her, she warned the child not to talk about what was done to her.

Dr. Fakhruddin Attar is accused of letting Dr. Jumana Nagarwala perform mutilations at his Burhani Medical Clinic on Farmington Road. His wife, office manager Farida Attar, also was arrested and is accused of helping Nagarwala perform the mutilations, according to a 14-page complaint unsealed Friday in federal court
The complaint solves a mystery stemming from the case by pinpointing where Nagarwala allegedly mutilated two 7-year-old girls from Minnesota earlier this year. The complaint also describes a conspiracy involving at least Nagarwala, Attar and his wife — all three are members of the Dawoodi Bohra religious community based locally out of a Farmington Hills mosque.

Prosecutors say they believe there are many other victims. According to the seven-count indictment, the three defendants are part of a bigger conspiracy that ran from 2005 until this year, when a tip and a trail of electronic evidence led to their arrests.

What of the rights of the person killed or the non Islamic?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It could be argued that because honor killings are Islamic, allowing them, is ESTABLISHING a religion.
And would also prohibit the free exercise law of NOT being killed for anothers religion.
Also, the 1st Amemndment CLEARLY STATES:

NOT DISASSEMBLE
Murder is murder. If Islam suborns honor murder, RICO the nuts and deport or incarcerate the whole lot. Why are these people such a problem?

Advocating for sharia law is seditious. Sedition is not protected 1st Amendment speech.
Therefore sharia should be banned and its advocates either jailed or deported.
