Former Vice President Joe Biden fares best among Democrats in a hypothetical matchup against President Trump in 2020, according to a survey from the Democratic firm Public Policy Polling out Tuesday.
Biden edges Trump by 14 points in a head-to-head race, 54 percent to 40 percent, but he's far from being the only Democrat with an edge on the president heading into the next election.

This depends on how convinced they are Trump will lose, always tough to beat an incumbent. The Rats think Kamal is a lock to be POTUS they won’t risk running her against an incumbent unless they are positive she’ll win. If she gets in a disaster of course for many reasons.
I think it will be Kamala Harris, the first term senator from California. She’s black and a woman. It’s the latter that’s most important for the Democrats. They want to have bragging rights that it was their party that nad the first woman president in our nation’s history. It won’t be a retread like Hillary, Uncle Joe, Bernie, etc.
This guy has been in politics since 1970. That’s what this country needs is another career politician.
It’s either Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Biden, Sanders or:

Hillary is done. They may love her in public, but privately the Dems are tired of the Clintons, and are pissed at Hillary losing a rigged election to Trump. She’s toast!

The way things are looking Trump will have been long removed from office when 2020 rolls around.
2020, with the swamp in full control most likely will be Warren vs Paul Ryan. In which case, I wont vote.
