I truly wish Levin would be 'drafted' for the Trump team. He was on Reagan's team and was a high profile contributor. His knowledge and experience are outstanding. Similar to Newt but in a different way. I know he has many irons in the fire, but he should at least be a consultant.

His particular solid Constitutional grounding made it difficult to accept Trump. Since Trump won he is realizing that the Constitution’s survival requires someone like Trump at the helm. I have no recriminations for Levin’s previous hyper opposition to Trump. His show is still the best educational tool on the Constitution on the air. He does not hold grudges just because he wants to justify a mistaken previous position. He also isn’t into apologizing.

Yes, that's in stark contrast with those who still can't or won't accept that, for Mark Levin, everything and everyone in politics is measured against the Constitution. Never mind that those same Constitution-first principles produced his timely endorsement of the Republican nominee.
I wish the President would engage Levin in a consulting role, at least. Wouldn't it be great to have someone in the White House with at least a passing knowledge of what the Constitution really says?
Sure, given how it's been for so long, I realize that's a lot to wish for. But, the opportunity is right there in the beltway!
(And make no mistake: Immediately after Cruz addressed the convention and failed to endorse, I went out and tore his sticker off my car in abject disgust. And I wasn't buying anyone's defense of the indefensible.)
You’ve never listened to Levin, have you? You couldn’t make that charge about Amnesty and believe there is any truth in it if you had listened occasionally to Mark Levin.

I was being charitable. He lost me as a listener. I couldn’t believe anyone respectable with a conservative mind could construct an ambivalence to Hillary vs. Trump. My saying every time he chimed in after the election was “Thanks Mark we will do the heavy lifting from here!”. Of course laced with sarcasm.
