Does The Washington Post editorial board have the slightest familiarity with First Amendment precedents?
In response to the racist-banana incident at the private American University – now under investigation by the U.S. attorney in D.C. as well as the FBI – the editorial board has declared that all colleges should censor students if someone thinks their speech or behavior is racist:

I think the Washington Post is racist.
All this talk of “white privilege” is blatantly racist. Will this mean the end to hearing that nonsense?

The Washington post is racist because it only prints its news in black (or is the African-American per their editorial policy) on white paper and not the reverse. Why not white print on brown or yellow paper, or red type on pink paper in support of the gender confused?
I know a couple of AU faculty. I'm looking forward to asking if they've had their "mugged by reality" moment yet.

So now future employers are going to assume that minority students are poorly educated because their standards are lower. Why hire them?
We need CONSTITUTIONAL protections for American students on college campuses. Civil rights are no rights at all.
