President Trump's 2020 reelection campaign is blasting 'biased' CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC for refusing to run Trump's first re-election ad The ad includes five TV news anchors and personalities as it blasts 'fake news' CNN pushed back at the 'false graphic' as says 'the mainstream media is not 'fake news' The campaign planned to put $1.5 million behind the 30-second ad Instead the publicity will drive millions of eyeballs to see it, free of charge Donald Trump's ongoing feud with TV networks not named 'Fox News' has clicked into a new gear as ABC, CBS and NBC have all joined CNN in refusing to run an ad from the president's re-election campaign committee. The ad shows hosts from all four networks under a banner that reads 'FAKE NEWS.' It's the Trump campaign's first commercial since winning the White House, and although it is three years out from the next election, it declares the nation has 'rarely seen such success.' It is essential for whom to get control of the news outlets?

They can’t run it BECAUSE IT’S TRUE and they can’t afford the criticism...rotten fools.

Excellent: You might have opened a serious and legal hornet's nest with these leftwing mediots:

Last I heard political speech is a particularly tricky category for any entity to so blatantly suppress. These outlets may have just stepped into a very expensive patch of legal mire. After all, if a baker must prepare a cake which contains statements anathema to his moral beliefs, by what right does an FCC licensed broadcast utility refuse a political ad?

The fact that they are a business like those bakers doesn't give them the right to censor a political ad.

RE: Trump re-election campaign ad

Why the need for this ad? Trump was just elected. Isn’t this premature? (an understatement).

Think about this for a moment....

It’s not really for a 2020 campaign even though that’s what is claimed...

It’s a really clever, smart ploy to again show how biased the media is...

Trump is a genius while the media are so utterly stupid....

It’s actually worse than that. According to FCC regulations, the Big Three operate in part due to their “public service” commitments, which includes running paid political ads.

Sessions already could have 15,000 lawyers and couldn’t investigate all the crap that’s out there, but this should be up there.

President Trump filed some paperwork for a 2020 run on Inauguration Day.

This paperwork was a block to nonprofits, so they couldn’t campaign against him early on (h/t t Ruth):

“Sessions already could have 15,000 lawyers and couldn’t investigate all the crap that’s out there, but this should be up there.”

Maybe our AG could hire about 6 young and hungry conservative lawyers to go after the broadcasters based on the baker’s case. Give them a good work area, some fast computers and some hungry new conservative FBI agents to do some in the face investigating of these fake news outfits.

They might not come up with anything, but they might slow down the 24/7 fake news attacks against Trump and his people.

CNN Journalist ‘Governments Pay Us To Fake News’, Shocking Exposé

According to Amber Lyon, a three-time Emmy award winning journalist, CNN is routinely paid by the US government and foreign governments to selectively report on certain events and make up fake news stories.

Furthermore, the Obama administration pay CNN for editorial control over some of their content.

Well I mean come on, can you blame them? WHY would they ever broadcast an ad that calls them fake news? That’s like being a used car salesman and you sell lemons and some guy wants to put an ad up in front of your store saying that you sell lemons. Ain’t gonna happen.

Which is Time Warner, Disney, CBS, and Comcast.

Only until the good citizens stop handing these corrupt corporations their hard earned dollars will things change.

I look for Trump to call for pulling all 4 networks license.

That is what needs to happen. Then put them right back up for bids (no former owners allowed). See if we can't get some honesty, how quaint, back into our news.

Networks don’t have FCC licenses. Only individual radio and TV stations do.
