States rights issue; other states should criminalize homosexuality then.
#FakeLaw, #FakeCourts, #FakeJudges.
They did not let states have rights on marriage. Sorry, picking and choosing for politics not law....same old court.
The SCOTUS? or the California SC...
SCOTUS.
This State fascism is unconstitutional and the SCOTUS should have accepted it. This bodes of evil fascism by the State.
This unconstitutional, irrational “law” controls the worldview and practice of doctors to force a satanic Marxist worldview (no free will) on their doctors AND patients.
This is NOT a State “issue”-—as abortion is NOT a State issue, since it involves fundamental Constitutional Right to Life. You can never have any State take away an unalienable Natural Right from God—as this is one of our basic freedoms of Thought, Association and Religion.
The State can never practice medicine or take over parent’s Natural Duty which this does.
You NEVER have a MAJORITY VOTE to DENY an UNALIENABLE NATURAL RIGHT FROM GOD-—WHICH CAN”T BE ABRIDGED BY THE STATES OR FED EVER or a “democracy”—tyrannical vote of the “majority”!!!! We have Rule of Law (Higher Law than the evil State-made-irrational “Law”).
Didn’t realize people would miss the sarcasm, should have put /s tag. My point was how hypocritical this was, since you know if a state re-criminalized homosexuality, they would take it in a heartbeat.
Perhaps it is better to wait until Justice Kennedy retires. He is pro-homo, isn’t he?
