If President Trump is going to break up the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, he’s going to have to rely on Congress.
Trump this week said he was looking at ways to split up the California-based court, which ruled against his travel ban in February and has long been a target for conservatives.
“There are many people who want to break up the 9th Circuit,” Trump said in an interview with the Washington Examiner. “It's outrageous.”
Eighteen of the court’s 25 judges have been appointed by Democrats, and it has irritated the right over the years.
Conservatives often point to the 2002 decisions in which the court said it was unconstitutional for the pledge of allegiance to include the words "under God." The Supreme Court later overturned that ruling.
“Everybody immediately runs to the 9th Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the 9th Circuit. Because they know that's like, semi-automatic,” Trump added this week.

Long overdue. It’s wrong for the conservative, godly voter to be so pathologically ignored by the ninth circus.
the 9th circuit could be split up and have the pieces of the 9th circuit, merged into existing circuits, so that the liberal judges would be dispersed among a number of other jurisdictions. That way, you wouldn’t have an automatically liberal circuit for liberals to go to.

If I recall correctly, the structure of our federal courts are under the jurisdiction of Congress. So Congress could pass a law which splits up the 9th, and/or defines what their jurisdiction is.
Point is, there is no reason why we have to have a known liberal jurisdiction such as the 9th circuit for liberals to turn to when they sue over this and that.
Which would be great if we had a Republican Congress that would do anything.

Someone should tell the GOP that they're in power. The seem to forget this quite frequently.

What I don’t understand is how a federal judge has the right to tell tax payers that they have to fund cities that are blatantly breaking federal laws.
All “liberal” “judges” need to be impeached immediately. They ignore their oath, they ignore the Constitution, and they ignore the Rule of Law.
