Reid thinks Colon was “...doing something to better the world...”?

Like what exactly would that be? Driving a wedge between Americans? Disrespecting everyone who served our great country? Promoting hatred of his own country?

Hope Reid’s actions and dumb statements help torpedo his career too.

Kaeperdick would likely be facing great difficulties in his QB job search even if he were not an America-hating, police-hating POS. He is not starter material and no NFL team wants a backup who can’t be a steady pocket passer. If Kaeperdick announced he’d play for the league minimum there still would not be any interest.

This Reid fool should STFU and play football so as to entertain the few who watch.

“When we started doing that, our goal was to open up the floor to conversation.”

You moron, you must have had one too many concussions. The floor has been open for decades. You are just to stupid to realize that. Why don’t you and Kappy go play elsewhere.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Jay Cutler is out there looking for a job too, and he won't require reconfiguring an offense or a team PR person to handle non-football questions.

...”it’s unfortunate, it’s sad”

No it’s not, the sonofabitch intentionally and with tons of malice aforethought pissed off millions of Americans by dishonoring the National Anthem.

That he is not so far getting a job is not sad or unfortunate it is “joyful” and EXACTLY what should happen to him.

People are shying away from him for media and (public relations) reasons,”

Ummm... he had 2 excellent years in 2012-2013.... in 2014, he went 8-8... since then, he has gone 3-16. NOBODY lasts in the NFL going 3-16. His career completion percentage is 59.8%, where the average NFL QB these days averages 64.2%. He has averaged less than 200 years per game passing over the last 2 years. The NFL average is 256. He averaged one sack every 6 drop-backs last year, and his BACKUP, Blaine Gabbert, with the SAME O-line, averaged one sack every 9 drop-backs. He turns 30 this year, and any contract would likely be for more than one year. NOBODY wants a washed-up 30+ year old QB who is 3 years removed from his last taste of success. It is NOT "for media and PR reasons,” sir. He simply is not a top-40 talent anymore. A 3rd round pick this weekend is more likely to give a team a chance. Period.

Liberals simply cannot face reality when it comes to their heroes.

“You’re doing something to better the world.”

Just run the plays, Reid.
Or not.
I got a lot done last fall not planted in front of the TV.

Indeed. A crappy quarterback who single-handedly lost the NFL a billion dollars. What’s not to like? Oh, yeah. None of it.

That’s probably because he doesn’t have that rat’s nest of a hair do, unlike Kaepernick (See picture at source)...good to learn that K remains unemployed 2 years after his pathetic protest.

Reid believes Kaepernick’s status is directly related to the national anthem protest.

Gee, Ya think?
