The question re: reparations should be:
If Barack Obama's father came from Kenya today to go to college on a student visa, should HE get reparations?
Blacks in Africa aren't the victims of racism in Africa, are they? They may be victims of an African caste system of tribal origin (tribalism?), but that's not the fault of American slavery, is it? So why should an African receive a reparation in an American college if they didn't experience racism in their home country?
