Not that I’m a fan of the guy but to me this points to him not having committed the murder of which he was just acquitted. If he was going to kill himself anyway he wouldn’t have bothered with a defence. It seems like he wanted to clear his name of at least one murder (the one he didn’t do) and then he was ready to go.
Incidentally, it seems like the guy who was in the car with him and testified against him got away with murder.

I believe his brother is relieved. DJ Hernandez (a UConn grad) was a better player at Bristol Central. Both announced they will be going to UConn, but Aaron decided to go big...DJ is the new coach at Ledyard High, a great football school in Connecticut.
