that story makes sense.
I can understand stand it from an economical view...rather than a betrayal of his promises because Jared is a leftist.
No matter what reason you believe is behind it..he IS pulling left as seen yesterday with major key reversals.
Yesterdays article from him shows it. As does kicking Bannon in the gonads in a public way.
See #37. I meant SIL but screwed up. He is married to Krystol’s daughter and others here have indicated he worked for Krystol at one time.
“This 34 year old know it all was accepted into Harvard after his felon father gave the school $ 2.5 million (wonder if there was a connection?). He has never been elected to a single office, yet he seems to be the power behind the throne and insists on staffing the White House with his dilettante Manhattan liberal friends who were not the core of Trumps support. You dance with the one that brung ya, Mr. Trump and you were brought to the White House by Bannon, conservatives, and blue collar workers and farm families in rural areas and depressed manufacturing areas. They were there for you in the election and its aftermath; Soros and his leftist pals never were and would be the first to run you from office. Do you realize that?”
Agree entirely.
Same difference in this case. Doesn’t matter whether son or son in law.
Kellyanne threw shade at Bannon yesterday and praised NYT Haberman.
Let that sink in.
LBJ, March 31, 1968: "I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your president."
I was just correcting my error I didn’t catch. I am skeptical of WFB output when it involves Trump in anyway.

Yep, here’s a hit piece she’s now running on Kushner:

I never though he would run for a second term.
Look at his age at that time.
This is another reason why the WAPO story makes sense. The Trump brand is the legacy to make his children money.
They suffered a lot in this election. Trump gave up a lot. His kids gave up a lot. They have faced enormous backlash.
I can see a concern about the collateral damage in the next election.
Yeah, you were right to do so.

No need for buyer’s remorse. Remember the alternatives.
Trump is a CEO. As such, he relies on people with the best reputations. When Trump did not really rely on anyone with practical experience outside of the Council on Foreign Relations/Goldman-Sachs circle, it was an indication he was going to the GOP mainstream. Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan were not on Trump’s speed dial list.
Above all, his leadership matters. Evaluate *actions* after 18 months rather than being depressed by announcements and personality changes.
Don’t believe everything you read in the Washington Free Beacon, especially.

Verrry interesting!
Maybe it shows she’s loyal to somebody in the WH other than Bannon?
And I gotta wonder whether it was Kellyanne or Steve or Jared who leaked this particular story?
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal he referred to Bannon as “a guy who works for me”.
Not sure how to interpret that remark but not exactly a glowing endorsement.
Yep, I can’t see him putting it all back out there at 74 y/o. Why risk going out having lost a reelection? He despises losing. So, when one realizes he is in fact a lame duck, all these lurches away from his campaign promises makes sense (sadly).
Kudlow’s never been right in his life.

Kushner is taking the lead in tracking-down the miscreants in the Susan Rice Tap-and-Leakgate.
There. Fixed it.
So Trump is telling them who is calling the shots through his son in law and we have a problem with that?
