I fear Neil Gorsuch is going to be another Kennedy on the court. Don’t think he will turn into Souter; but, I don’t think he is all that conservative either. We will see. Perhaps I will be pleasantly surprised.
The fact that he belongs to a very liberal church is troubling to me. We shall see.

Anybody who lets a guy freeze to death due to rules is not going to be a Kennedy. I love this guy as he is a rule follower. That’s where we need 9 of him. Follow the constitution to the letter is all that’s asked.
Gorsuch seems fine but strikes me as a bit of a self righteous snob.
