We also have to know all that money missing from the Pentagon found a home with many similar special projects as well paying off cronies for work well done.

This is where they get the funds for the Operation Cultural Chaos and to remove “Just Law” from our “Justice” system so we have a Vice System which will collapse civil societies.

If this sort of thing were done in every agency, department or program—and the money were recovered, we could all probably get a decade tax holiday.

Since I am but a lowly worm, I can only wonder what and why higher worms have not questioned Obama’s special project monies for a long time and tried to find the answers. Maybe Obummer has been dispensing largesse for a long time out of both sides of his mouth.
