I watched the video on a previous thread and only noticed that her heart rate/pulse had to be pretty much increased. I don’t recall seeing anyone on TV being interviewed whose rapid heart rate/breathing could be detected so readily....
They had a guy on FOX news this morning with a beard who was involved with interrogating terrorists for us.
He said the problem with what she says in interviews is she makes very carefully parced and framed statements which, on the face of them are true, but frames them in a manner to dissemble and disquise an accurate response.
She is Clintonesque beyond Clinton.
So...she’s really gonna go to prison for Obooba?
She makes some interesting points.
This is the sort of thing the CIA used on captured high value targets during interrogation. Very difficult to disguise the the lies when analysts are studying your every move in depth.
You can go and watch a normal guy or gal do an interview and notice little on their breathing method. For Rice, it’s noticeable. I don’t think she really wants to be there and this was supposed to be some deflection to hold back any speculation. It’s a lousy performance.
Makes me wonder....does anyone have the video of her on an interview after Benghazi and if she had the same breathing issues then?
The evidence shows that Hillary Clinton, for one, is above the law. And while the caption over who is supposed obama reads, No one is above the law. And it is possible that No One is. But, up until now, it is a fact that Hillary Clinton is above the law. Perhaps that is why her name is Hillary Roddam Clinton instead of No One. Who knows?

When stories started to break about HRC and her handling of classified material, I expect far worse then the pass Comey gave her back in July.
It seems the real story was that so many of them were doing it, and all the sub-ordinates knew it. They were cavalier about it.

Guilty knowledge is also called scienter. The term scienter refers to a state of mind often required to hold a person legally accountable for her acts. The term often is used interchangeably with Mens Rea, which describes criminal intent, but scienter has a broader application because it also describes knowledge required to assign liability in many civil cases.
A little boring, but for a prosecutor, it means jury appeal, as they knew they were guilty, but continued their crime. One shot might be an accidental shooting, 5 shots is no accident.

Nobody seems to be denying that she unmasked people that were not the direct target of an investigation. We have the 4th Amendment for a reason. The unmasking and reckless sharing of this information across intelligence agencies was done for purely political reasons and was unconstitutional, hence illegal.
That is what she needs to answer for. Anyone saying “it’s not unusual” is a liar. Can it be done for legal reasons? ...maybe, but in this context I don’t think it is slightly reasonable. This was purely political and everyone knows it. If reasonable, then justify it in front of Congress.

It’s just my amateurish observation, but I hear a subtle “lisp” in Rice’s answers. I’ve been quietly observing people, and depending who they are talking to and the subject of the conversation, sometimes you hear a subtle lisp or the mouth pursing a bit. Makes me think they are deviating a bit from the “whole” truth and not being “themselves”. Sometimes I observe this in myself!

Not exactly after she was caught lying about Benghazi but there is sure a lot of EYE BLINKING going on in this one. Didn’t last long enough to get a good look at her breathing pattern - truthfully, I couldn’t stop looking at her eyes.
