The bomb you mention may be a real physical bomb. Let’s pray that’s not the case.
History is full of incidents where one ruling faction is set against another culminating in an incident that starts a hot war.
To avert such a thing from happening, the best approach is to get the charges out against Obama, Hillary, and all their network as soon as possible before someone sees an opportunity that will sideline the closing dragnet on them. Going public with the charges neuters the narrative the Obama side might create as to a cause for what occurred (false flag).
I could be wrong. It’s a difficult call. The Obama side could be stronger than otherwise known. A premature conflagration could backfire but it could also disarm a false flag in the making.
This all reinforces the notion that there has been warrantless wiretapping per Dennis Montgomery’s allegations, and that the politicization of the intel agencies has pitted one against another. It could be NSA, who knows, just impossible to say but I think they are intentionally slowing this down to avoid collateral damage, such as tanking the economy as might happen if every CEO learned his private business conversations had been recorded.
I think it needs to be hard evidence that Obama personally ordered intelligence on the Trump campaign to be given to the Clinton campaign. Otherwise, it will be dismissed as surveillance done "within the normal scope of the President's responsibilities as Commander in Chief."
