Here's an attorney that's involved with the recent Hawaii case that put a halt to President Trump's recent travel ban. She argues that our Constitution, and specifically the Bill of Rights applies to ALL people of the world...including foreigners living in foreign countries. Beyond stunning.

The woman on Tucker Carlson last night about the travel ban was a true left wing brown shirt. There was no reasoning with her. And I’m not saying she wasn’t intelligent. But she absolutely refused to even entertain or even consider any point that Tucker was making. This is the “By any means necessary crowd” and I think she’s a pretty middle of the road Democrat. They are frightening. I’m not a lawyer but you don’t have to be to see this is beyond a doubt judicial activism. Expect 4 years,hopefully 8,of this nonsense.

These judges and attorneys, these activist organizations are AIDING AND ABETTING THE ENEMY.
Trump is making a huge mistake. He will lose all ability to govern if he does not have the DOJ charge this judge with treason and jail him. America cannot be ruled by rogue judges but it is and will get worst. Rogue judges must be pulled of the bench and jailed. No solution or America is finished. Just look how it is working. Trump made a legal EO and the judge told him to go to hell with stupid reason. And this reason can be used over and over on anything.
Limits to the First Amendment:
Yelling fire in crowded theater.
Terrorists using a religion to hide among non-terrorists.

Point is, it doesn’t matter whether the terrorists have Constitutional rights or not.
Because even if they do, these rights come with limitations.
A related concept: the Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Even though a suicide pact is exactly what progressives hope the Constitution becomes.
