The woman on Tucker Carlson last night about the travel ban was a true left wing brown shirt. There was no reasoning with her. And I’m not saying she wasn’t intelligent. But she absolutely refused to even entertain or even consider any point that Tucker was making. This is the “By any means necessary crowd” and I think she’s a pretty middle of the road Democrat. They are frightening. I’m not a lawyer but you don’t have to be to see this is beyond a doubt judicial activism. Expect 4 years,hopefully 8,of this nonsense.

Tucker missed an opportunity. His hypothetical was close to her case but lacked the important ‘blood relation’ component. Had he included that, she would have been forced to concede his point, which is completely valid the implications of which are very serious.
