Remember the old rule, if you’re Guilty get a Jury, if you’re Innocent get a Judge.
I’m surprised he doesn’t want a Jury. In the age of the OJ Jury he would have been found innocent, even if he left DeVos bleeding on the pavement.
The only information that I did not include from the court documents is that Askaryar's personal recognizance release with pretrial services remains intact. I didn't find that too terribly newsworthy
The MSM won't report this, and I can't make up facts just to make a longer post.
You are onto something there. I think there is a REAL possibility that you cannot get ANY jury in D.C. to vote for a conviction if the perp did something to harm Trump.
