Well, this sure is interesting: MSNBC host Rachel Maddow claims to have a copy of "Trump's" tax returns. She tweeted that she'll be unveiling them on her show at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday night.
Maddow did not specify which Trump nor which year the returns were for.
BREAKING: We've got Trump tax returns. Tonight, 9pm ET. MSNBC.

It's unclear as to why someone would release the returns now. The election is over. Trump won. This can't possibly change anything.

Why is the White House pushing the line that it is illegal for MSNBC to broadcast/publish the tax returns? The law would have been violated if the tax returns originated from the IRS. And assuming a violation of the law (that the returns did indeed originate from the IRS), MSNBC still isn’t doing anything wrong by broadcasting/publishing them. MSNBC is fully protected by the 1st Amendment. In that scenario, only the leaker violated the law.
So Trump will finally be impeached and convicted?

I want him to pay his legal tax liability. If he was able to use various deductions and exemptions to reduce the taxes owed, that’s all good.

Even if everything were released, and we found he paid all legally owed taxes, what the heck does that prove to liberals??? Heck these same tax returns may well show he gives a lot to charity.
Or do the liberals oppose charitable contributions, which not only contribute to society, but also reduce your tax liability????
