If the fines are still there it’s GARBAGE AND SO IS RYAN!
WHAT AN ASSHOLE!....
..... If Trump gets this passed, it could very well be his very own “Read My Lips” moment .... and could suffer the same consequences.
Ryan’s primary goal is to be the man with plan regardless of the consequences.
NO to socialized medicine.
I’ll vote D, something I haven’t EVER done in 35 years, if they pass this clusterfkk. Get ready for some large checks DNC. If Lyin’ Ryan is going to take Zero’s place as a one-man wrecking crew, I’m out. The enemy of my enemy will become my friend.
No mandated penalty. Trump has told the IRS to BTFO.
pop ups make page unreadable. Screw it.
I'm not clear on other provisions of the bill, but that's what I've read so far regarding the penalties...
It appears the Conservative Republicans are taking the lead from their liberal Masters. Again.
The Conservatives understand the the goal of the Democrats, destroying America, is a worthy goal and one that must be achieved. The Conservatives simply think it should be a slower, more deliberate process and that they will be able to manage it better.

Mark Levin explained last night how the Senate can repeal Obamacare.
Ryan is lyin.
Every time anyone from congress or the Trump admin tries to sell this insult of a bill, they misrepresent the bill and its impacts and thus insult, or attempt to insult, the public’s intelligence.
Setting it up that we have to accept an at least as bad new version of Obamacare in order for them to repeal Obamacare could not be a more offensive and deceitful message.
As is their entire claim that they can’t repeal Obamacare outright under reconciliation. Reconciliation, almost from the time it was introduced in 1974, has been used to permanently change, add, or delete legislation, and every inch of legislation on this topic meets the reconciliation criterion of impacting the federal budget.
If the Dem-appointed parliamentarian (who btw should have been replaced by now) doesn’t approve such a bill, Pence has the authority to come in and overrule her.
The reconciliation excuse is entirely bogus—but they think we will fall for it.
I haven’t focused on this thing yet, my apologies; I’m not on either side yet. Any answers or links to help with these questions?...
Does the bill:
1) Somehow allow the “pre-existing conditions” rule, while strongly incentivizing people to get insurance and keep it? If not, and people say that rule must be there, people will tend to buy insurance when a catastrophic illness occurs, raising our rates significantly.
2) Provide the self-employed and unemployed the same [free-market interfering] tax code incentives that the majority of us who have employer-backed insurance get (via our employers).
Also, to those critical of the bill, remember Ryan is trying to avoid the need for 60-votes in the Senate, so non-budgetary issues (like tort reform) must be excluded, for now.
I’m still searching in the US Constitution where any branch of government has the power to dictate healthcare plans to American citizens.
The penalty is paid to insurance companies to help compensate them for having to take people who wait until they are sick buy coverage. It’s the insurance companies who will be paying for their care.
I agree. Ryan is a poseur, always deceiving the American people.
