At this point in time in must be acknowledged that Trump doesn't deserve it any more than Obola did.In a few years he might, but not now.

As for the Pope....John Paul II? You betcha! This Pope? Not so much.

They should give Trump the Nobel Peace Prize (for sending the Marines into Raqqa), just to be consistent with how they handled Obama, who made a smoking ruin out of swaths of the Middle East, and kicked off the biggest refugee crisis since WWII.

President Trump invited Pope Francis for lunch on his mega yacht. The Pope accepted and during lunch a puff of wind blew the Pontiff’s hat off and into the water. It floated off about 30 feet, then the wind died down and it just floated in place. The crew and the secret service were scrambling to launch a boat to go get it, when Trump waved them off saying, “Never mind, boys, I’ll get it.”

The Donald climbed over the side of the yacht, walked on the water to the hat, picked it up, walked back on the water, climbed into the yacht and handed the Pope his hat.

The crew was speechless. The security team and the Pope’s entourage were speechless. No one knew what to say, not even the Pope.

But on the evening news, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, and CNN reported: “Trump can’t swim.”

Chances of President Trump winning....slim and none.

Chances of the current Pope....pretty good.

Chances of the Nobel Peace Prize becoming relevant....zero.

The Peace Prize was made totally worthless when they prematurely gave it to a war monger.

If by some odd off chance Trump is selected, I hope he turns it down. He should not be placed in the same camp as obama, no place, at any time, for any reason. They are total opposites.

I wish President Trump would tell the committee that he does not want to be considered for any award that was given to Obama for doing absolutely nothing but being black and a socialist.

Why would Donald Trump be nominated for the Peace Prize? He is a better man than Hussein who accepted a prize he didn’t earn. Or is this to insult trump by not being picked.

If the President is awarded a NPP, he should politely refuse it. It means nothing to be awarded one now. It means much to refuse one.

Agree.

I’m not sure whether it would ever be a good thing to win. It has been so tainted by politics since it’s been “bestowed” upon losers like 0vomit & Gore. If you told me I was in the running for a prize once won by the likes of them, I might run the other way. Eeew.

Nobel prize awards to questionable recipients over the past few years have relegated it’s once prestigious status to utter garbage.

It will be the Pope because he is wrecking the Catholic Church . maybe Hillary for being the smartest woman alive. Never a Conservative—always for a Marxist.
