In other words, the authorities in Sweden are saying that they want more rapes by the savages that they have brought in. They are responsible for the next rape, since they have said that the men involved have no responsibility.
I hope that the higher Swedish authorities get raped by a bearded subhuman savage. It won’t change their minds, but it will be just retribution.
