I don't know but if he was I'd expect him to demand access to transcripts so he could send them out to his 'very good friends' in the media.
He could only be forced out through impeachment or murder.
Back when he was signing pardons I took a quick look at the legal requirement to publish executive actions in the Federal Register and it did not to me appear to cover pardons.
1. Their only hope, a really dim one now, is to overturn the election.

That failing, to tie him up the way they did Reagan in the later years; to weaken the conservatives politically in order to take back the house and the senate in 2018 and then the presidency in 2020, so that they can continue their program of globalism and destruction of the American way of life.

Huh? In the first place, you are confusing the requirement to keep a permanent record with the requirement to announce something publicly.
And your idea that no one can claim to know all the federal laws on record-keeping? I didn't spend any time doing this, but any halfway decent lawyer who deals with federal regulation could research this question and come to an answer.

I pointed at the destruction of her party that ocurred under a mediocre president(at best) and the extreme bent of position on just about any issue which is do devoid of facts, reason and logic that they are even in the minority on their side.
Moreover, the math for 2018 is abysmal, which is why you have all these extremist groups preening for attention.
Further, if the Trump agenda takes hold and 2018 turns out well, then their destruction is all but assured in 2020 and 2024.
Census and redistricting favors us and that will hugely beneficial in 2024.

Congress is totally worthless. They DO NOTHING? They pontificate and play to cameras. They completely failed on the Benghazi hearings. They did absolutely nothing on the IRS abuses against conservative 501. They did nothing on national security breaches by hillary. They are a nothing burger.
There should be serious penalties for this. This isn’t some election campaign dirty trick. This is high treason.
I have to wonder...did Obama use the Russia hacking stories as a ruse to wiretap Trump’s campaign?!?
In other words, they were seeing their internal polling and they started realizing that Trump had a VERY good chance to win. So, they went out and created a B.S. narrative that Trump was working with Russia to corrupt the election, so that Obama could authorize a wiretapping of Trump’s campaign in an effort to thwart his success?!?
Or maybe it would be why he and a couple of other Democrats all go out and work against Trump.
That’s what I am thinking.
The Russians can’t actually “hack” our election, as none of the machines are connected to the internet, etc...
It was all a ruse to give them cover for wiretapping their political opponent!!
