Nobody is denying that Mexico is dominated by EUropean societal influences. I am just denying that masses of Latinos are the progenies of Southern Europe in this Northern vs Southern Europe theater. Just denying your alternative reality. IMO
Or maybe California should annex Mexico like an appendix. Then they could just open up their mutual border and call themselves amigos.
The same happened in my town. A new place was “opening soon” for a long time. Then it opened under a different name and owner. The same reason — the original owners were illegals and their liquor license was denied.

If their plan is only to reconquer “Azatlan,” then how do I account for so many of them around here? When my ancestors first came to Illinois from the southeast in the years prior to statehood, there were fewer than 60,000 residents in Illinois. Excepting the Indians, those people were all various Europeans and European Americans and some blacks. The only thing approximating a “Mexican” might have been some stray Spaniards from across the Mississippi.
Using their own argument of ancestral territorial claims, I guess the Mexicans here now will have to leave.

This guy is an a-hole trying to stir up trouble. The Mexican American war is long over. Its clear now which nation is better to live in. Mexico can and should become more than a nation run by drug lords and corrupt politicians. I am hoping maybe the wall will be weaken the drug lords there and maybe be a carlyst for positive change in the long run. But that is up to the Mexican people. Sneaking into your neighbos house is no way to live.
THIS is exactly why they need to be thrown out on their asses. They are not immigrants! They are not here to assimilate. They are here to colonize and invade.

That’s not logical.

It is how they identify as based on stray conquistador great-great-grandpa and the prestige associated with it. Not based on anything else.

100% of blacks speak English. Doesn’t make them of English ancestry. Sure, most blacks have plantation bloodline, but that was far and between. The Spanish dominated Americas, hence all Amerindian tribes that were either conquered or influenced by Spanish started speaking Spanish. Ditto for Portuguese or English or French or any other colonial language.

These numbers appear to be in the same ball-park as the CIA Factbook numbers. (62%)
If you add the White figure to the mix, you have quite a sizeable slice of the populace with European blood, specifically Spanish.
Why are these numbers significant.
What it reveals is that 83.5% of these people would not exist if it weren’t for European contributions to their population.
If you’re carrying European genes in your blood, somewhere along the line a European had offspring that resulted in you.
This is not an effort to make Amerindian varieties look inferior. This is simply an effort to address the issue of Mexican citizens who complain about Europeans in the U.S., but are blind to the fact their physical make-up is very close to our own (global influence wise).
I don’t have to. You’re doing a great job of not presenting any stats and calling mine fake.

I hate this Ramos guy, I’ve encountered others like him of the ‘latino’ persuasion. Uppity and in your face, you just feel like you want to smash them one, and that’s probably the only answer.
Jorge wishes Mexico could take over America; but it is more likely to be the other way around if Mexico continues to screw America.

In 2011, on my way back from seeing my son as a Marine for the first time in San Diego, I was sitting next to a woman whose job it is to explain to all immigrants how to get all their benefits. She was on her way to Chicago for a conference but works in CA. Quite a system they have. If I remember correctly they make contact through the school system and PTA.
I really believe they must be using fake birth certificates to get in the country. How easy it would be to have a thriving illegal business selling fake birth certificates to Mexicans then driving them over the border to the USA pretending that they are family. So much easier to enter in a car and just present birth certificates to the border patrol than to trudge though the back country for days. Of course this does not show up on television since it cannot be detected. Whole families of illegals are here including women, children and older people, they cannot cross the dessert. They must be coming in by car with illegal documents.
I’m sure this does happen.
