Anyone for arranging a “Normal Pride Week” that can include a “Normal Pride Parade”?

There are comparisons to the Tea Party, in terms of their anger and effectiveness. Except, the Tea Party was made out to by a bunch of anti-social preppers who loved their Bibles and Guns.
These people have the support of the primary media outlets. That magnifies their protests.
Most people just want to be left alone.
The numbers of so-called “normal people” are obviously declining - and declining precipitously. You can’t wallow in the swamp that is American culture today without being affected by the decay.
The wonders of PC — “normal” is considered an inappropriate word.
My wife works with special needs kids in an integrated environment. It is considered hateful to refer to the other kids as “normal”. It is considered correct to refer to the other kids as “typical”. Of course the focus is on the “special needs” kids.
My wife knows it’s ridiculous, but the school administration thinks it’s important to note that there are no “normal” kids.
I really think the Devil is behind this whole mess because no human could possible think of evil so deep. Just explore this tiny point in a school environment:
Linguistically, what is the difference between “normal” and “typical”? I think there is none. If you tell a parent that their kid is “normal” they will not be concerned. If you tell a parent that their kid is “typical” they will not be concerned. It makes no difference.
So ... if the schools insist that most kids are “typical”, it’s no big deal, right?
But we create a society which is told to now believe that there are NO “normal” kids. No “normal” people.
And that’s the door through which transgenders and pedophiles and zoophiles walk through.
It’s the Devil’s work.

I had a friend (notice the word ‘had’) who has a PhD in Developmental Psychology. She told me that the American Association of Psychiatrists and Psychologists reclassified homosexuality as a ‘variation on normal’, back in the 70’s. I pointed out to her then, that if homosexuality was ‘normal’ then our species would likely die out. She was not amused. And now whenever I see any spokesperson from these elites, they are always gay or lesbian......I think this area of medicine has been severely compromised by those who are abnormal, but want to pretend they are the actual normal. Yes, the Left has gone wacko and sadly they are taking about 50% of Americans with them.
The immigrants who founded Bud were legal immigrants, which makes all the difference. Conflating illegal invaders with legal immigrants is like pretending there is no difference between rape and consensual sex.
Minority rule is what is needed to turn the USA into the Socialist USA. It’s tyranny.Minority group rights are very important but they are being exploited by the left to extinguish the alleged white majority rule aka white supremacy and white privilege. The identity politics being played by Democrats is part of a dangerous game and one used successfully by the worst statist nations in the world throughout history.
I would agree that Psychology is a field which has made (in my opinion) very little progress over the past few decades. It has largely become an affirmation of perversion and the chemical treatment of almost everybody.
The real notion of “counseling” and helping people to handle their own thoughts and emotions in a more productive — more normal — manner seems to have gone out the window.
At some point, the Marxism, the PC and the homosexuality will be expunged from certain fields and their will be a Renaissance of science with great advancement.
For non-medical areas: I think it’s difficult to actually write History these days. The conclusions and the way of viewing the past has already been established: we know what is “correct”. But at some point, people will look with fresh eyes and start to really see what has happened to western civilization over the past 300 years or so. It will change things but it won’t happen in my lifetime.
We are dealing with a left on its way out.

It also implies that one can move among types, identifying with one type one day, another type the next, without experiencing any moral or aesthetic decline. The antonym of typical is atypical, which simply means not of the type, without any moral or aesthetic judgment attached.
Herein lies the difference between the concepts of being "normal" and being "typical": you get to define what is acceptable and what is unacceptable, what is the type you want to be and what is the type you don't want to be. It makes us to be like gods, knowing good and evil--to be more precise, to think that we are like gods, deciding for ourselves what is good and evil. And that is precisely where Satan likes us to be.

Homosexuality is normal, it has been around for eons even in the animal kingdom. That doesn’t mean it causes anything amazing and no, I wouldn’t wish it on my child. However, I have close friends with kids who have announced, parents of my daughter’s friends who have announced, my nephew has announced....There is a big continuum of “normal”.
Can we look at things through some prism other than religion please.
