Obambam used to talk about “norms” all the time. None of us is “normal” compared even to pre Industrial Age people. So the only constant is change. If we can simply focus on treating each other with respect, we would be doing well.

You do know, though, don’t you, that the Other Side has redefined ‘normal’?

Normal people know they’re normal so they don’t have to refer to themselves as normal all the time. The crazy ones have to keep coming up with different names to call themselves because they know they are not normal.
