NBC has a story stating Warren was silenced for quoting CSKing. That is false. She was silenced for impugning the motives of another Senator...Rule 19. No mention of Rule 19 in the story, NBC tries to make it appear racist. I loathe them.

She broke the rule.
The only thing that Mrs. King brings to the discussion is her willful blindness in the face of her husband’s many, many, many sexual affairs.

Rule 19 is a counterweight to the rule, in law, that otherwise defamatory statements are privileged when made by legislators during legislative debates. Congress doesn’t want members taking advantage of this immunity to slander each other, so such statements have been made a violation of Congress’s own rules. Quoting defamatory statements by somebody else - even Coretta Scott King — is no exception.
