As Trump supporters threaten to boycott Starbucks, Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) is seizing the opportunity to win over coffee drinkers who support the president.
Soon after Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz announced plans to hire 10,000 refugees, in response to President Trump's executive order barring people from seven majority-Muslim countries and all refugees from entering the US, BRCC made a promise of its own.
The company, which sells coffee blends, monthly coffee club subscriptions, and java-centric apparel and gear, posted that it would hire 10,000 veterans, just as the pro-Trump movement to boycott Starbucks gained steam.

Non-Leftist coffee bump for later....
actually, McD coffee isn’t half bad .. it used to be almost as bad as Starfucks but a few years ago McD made a big campaign about improving their coffee...and they did.
my problem is Mc’D’s food.... it can cause me to INSTANTLY BELCH and HEAVE UNCONTROLLABLY....
McD is known for using a whole lot of “food chemicals” ...
.... so I figure they’ve added a new one that I am, for lack of a better word, allergic to
but their coffee is not bad, yes ...certainly much better than Star*ucks
Just got my first delivery of vet owned VICTORY COFFEE!” Home delivered excellent coffee. Just heard if Black Rifle yesterday. They are akso vet owned and will have brick and mortar stores. Both worthy adversaries of starf^&*KS. Buy either. VICTORY is online.
I haven’t had that problem yet. Maybe the chemicals are preserving me, like Keith Richards.
well you could do worse i suppose...

It is pricey, but I’ve ordered a couple of bags just to give it a try and support the veteran-owned company. Besides, I’m celebrating Betsy DeVos’ confirmation and getting ready to celebrate Jeff Sessions’—we all deserve some special coffee!
Wish BRCC all good luck. Starbucks coffee absolutely SUCKS!
.
Great idea!
Starpukes has the worst coffee, and the rottenest employees on Earth.
Dunno what Trader Joe’s politics are (which is probably A Good Sign) but they sure had some good tasting coffee offered yesterday.
“Organic Sumatra Coffee”
I always wonder what “Non-organic coffee” would be.
Amazon is a left wing company that joined the injunction against Trumps 90 day ban on people from 7 Muslim countries.
Amazon has been pushing a left wing agenda on other issues too. I urge conservatives to not do business with Amazon.
The problem is that Starbucks offers CONSISTENT quality beans. Once or twice I may have opened a dull bag but that was probably the store’s fault. Starbucks treats coffee like produce and donates out of date stock to shelters, etc.
I have boycotted Starbucks before but end up going back because the others are talkers and don’t deliver the GOODS....CONSISTENTLY. And they’re never cheap, either.
Just remember Starbucks owns many brands of Coffee
It’s like boycotting General Mills
BTT
To expensive for me will have to stick with Kroger’s coffee. But wish them the best of luck.
“Quality” can mean two different things: 1. consistency, and 2. excellence. (I am of course over-simplifying.)
Starbucks excels in consistency. But if you don’t like that Seattle charcoal taste, that does not do you much good.
I buy locally or regionally roasted whole-bean coffee—NOT the store brand (which is what I call rotgut) but local/regional brands of coffee. Especially since I do not buy the same brand every time, there is no consistency, but I do very well on flavor and on the high caffeine level I need for work.
The local/regional coffee roasters are probably just as liberal as Starbucks, but they do not advertise it and/or feature muslim Refugeehadi employees. So I get along well with them as per usual!
Good comments!
I worked in a corporate catering environment which served Starbucks throughout the building. One of my coworkers hated the stuff and said, “This tastes like cat pi$$!” Lol, he got hooked on it after a while!
As an aside, have you tried an AeroPress yet? I just bought one and haven’t quite nailed the formula yet. Makes a pretty good cup but no “parting of the clouds” moment yet.
