'9th Circus'? Scholars Say Court's Liberal Rep Is Overblown These "scholars" need to pull their collective heads out of their backsides. The "circus" is the most overturned district court in U.S. history...
To: Trump20162020
Rush saying this is pure propaganda setup for them upholding the lib Washington judge.

“Scholars say”. Bwahahahahahahaha
To: Trump20162020
the court has moved to the middle as some of President Jimmy Carter's appointees who were considered extremely liberal have taken semi-retired "senior" status or passed away.Hmmm. The extremism of the dems is far worse now than it was under Jimmy Carter.

The Scholars are more liberal than The Judges
To: Trump20162020
I’d bet these so called scholars believe the 9th Circus are right wingers.

In 2014 the 9th ruled that individuals have the right to CARRY firearms, and that CA’s “may issue” was unconstitutional.

How come “scholars” can say “extreme right wing” but never say “extreme left wing?”
Because they are “extreme left wing.”

Looks like the fix is in. 9th circus gave ABC news marching orders to print how fair and unbiased they are right before delivering their unfair and biased ruling
To: henkster
Because they are extreme left wing. And much closer to dolts than scholars.

The only problem with splitting up the 9th circuit, is you could end up with two looney federal courts instead of one!

This is ABC trying to provide cover.

It would be great if there was an IT slip and the already written decision was leaked before the hearing was held. (No, I don’t know there is such an advance written decision.)
