It would be great if there was an IT slip and the already written decision was leaked before the hearing was held. (No, I don’t know there is such an advance written decision.)
That sort of IT slip — if it were to happen — would simply be passed off as “testing some new software” and would be quickly ignored.
They’ve done that several times after the election results were released before an election was held. Oops!
