Trump’s ‘So-Called-Judge’ Tweet Possible ‘Impetus For Impeachment We’ve All Been Waiting For’

The “start of impeachment we’ve all been waiting for?”

One must wonder if attorney Elura Nanos has a mouse in her pocket when, after just 17 days in office, she is cheering for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

“Impeachment seems a major potential, and the only question is whether we’ll have to wait until the midterm elections to see it happen,” she penned in an anti-Trump piece for LawNewz.

Democrats who sat on their hands for the last eight years suddenly have a newfound “respect for the Constitution” with a Republican president and, in a real stretch, Nanos jumps on a tweet from Trump about the judge who issued a temporary restraining order against the president’s executive order on immigration and refugees.

Trump hit back hard at the “so-called judge,” saying — egad! — he believes the ruling will be overturned on appeal.

Elura Nanos, you can not impeach a President for having an opinion that you do not like you lunatic!

This is another pathetic desperate attempt from the Globalists.

This is coming from a Huffington Post columnist. Par for the course.

Closer to impeachment grounds for the judge. He’s the one who put is signature on the dotted line.

Actually, this may be an impetus for impeaching the judge.
There have been so many judges who have abused their power, and I don’t remember any judge who was removed through the Constitutional power of impeachment. It is time to put some accountability back on the judiciary, not just responsibility!

Now that Dems are suddenly so invested in the Constitution, does that mean they’ll actually read it?

I know, crazy talk.

Oh No! President Trump says “so-called judge” and now it is time to impeach him?! What if he had been more direct and said “idiot judge”?

The left is so stupid they think impeachment is just something that magically happens if a certain threshold is reached or the right phrase is uttered. I hate to break it to them, but with Republicans controlling the congress, Trump could probably do pretty much anything he wanted short of outright murder and not get impeached. Even if Republican legislators don’t particularly love Trump, they are smart enough to realize that 90%+ of the Republican voters in their districts just cast a vote for Trump and they are going to need these voters when they run for election in 2018.

...attorney Elura Nanos has a mouse in her pocket...

I'd say more of a turd in her back pocket.

All this hyped up mania disguised as news and anything of import is just the media encouraging the 'theorists, opportunists, and ideologues' to come out into the light and talk shit about which they know nothing.

The fact that BizPackReview would publish this kind of trivial pandering crap is an even greater caution for the sane among us as to our legitimate news sources.

Per J Sekulow, the “judge” cited no statute or section of the Constitution the EO violated so the ruling should be invalid.

I don’t remember any judge who was removed through the Constitutional power of impeachment.

Alcee Hastings, removed for bribery in 1989. Currently a leading Democratic Congressman from Florida.

What new found respect for the Constitution?... the judge is clearly wrong.. anyone who knows anything about the constitution know Trump.is completed within its rights in that executive order

This is the problem the left will go to there old standby tactic of legal activism ... judges that just make up wild ass orders to suit the lefts wants

We all know the left has zero respect for “the law” look at all the laws they break every day on integration and then if you go after them for breaking the law they sue you look how they twist things

If opinion was the case, Ruth Bader Ginsburg would have to resign.....

She openly critized Trump as a sitting Justice....

Trump is right to use the term “so-called.”

Robarts is not conducting himself as a judge. He is acting like an absolute dictator.

No! ... It's a living, breathing document and will tell us what we want it to say what it really means. ... yeah, that's it. IT WILL tell us what it really means.

Did you catch the part about maybe not having to wait until mid-terms?

These lunatics think they’ll win back congress in 2018, and automatically start impeachment.

When that doesn’t happen, they’ll ‘march’ again.

I was just about to suggest that she be asked to characterize Trump’s opinion as A, a high crime, or B, a misdemeanor.

There must be a statute we don’t know about, that makes having an opinion about a judge a criminal offense.
