Legendary American composer, producer and A&R rep David Axelrod has reportedly died at the age of 83. While details on his passing are currently unknown, multiple parties have come forth to mourn the lost artist.
Axelrod made his name working at Capitol Records, producing other artists and releasing a dozen albums of his own. His ability to combine soul, jazz and rock elements made him an integral figure in musical history.

I suspect it was some other Axelrod, but I share your wnthusiasm on first reading the title of the thread.
You so naughty! ;) I would not have missed his genius on the CNN I never watch... I was kinda happy... but then I realized, he can’t be 83...
I was ecstatic, till i looked at the age. Oh well.

There are times when he really does look like Hitler to me.
That being said, Hitler is a guy I couldn’t draw if I had to.
I have never seen a great photo of him up close, Or at least that stuck with me, and am not convinced I’d want to.
Thus his image is more a generalization to me, than a real firm likeness.
