So 5 years ago scumbag leftist pukes cheered that the Feds are in charge of immigration law and states should shut the Hell up, but now the shoe's on the other foot they want to pretend this ruling doesn't exist and are suddenly in favor of state rights backed by radical judicial activism.

This current judge that made this ruling should be taken of the Federal bench. He is a idiot and does not know the law on immigration. The House should be impeach him.

“...set immigration policy and laws.”

But no responsibility to actually follow them ?

Yes they can. Some day the Supreme Court will rule that ANY immigration enforcement is illegal and that people from anywhere in the world have a Constitutional right to come here without restriction.

It’s flat out judicial tyranny.

These judges change their opinions based on idealogical winds and they have zero respect for the Constitution as it was written or the rule of law.

I think we’re all states rights people here with a few exceptions and border control and military are those exceptions. Protecting our borders, infrastructure and military action is really three of the main things a Federal Government SHOULD control.

The left doesn’t see America as sovereign country but a global enterprise that we have the honor of working 60 hours a week to fund.

Yes they can. Ever here of the “abortion litmus test?” Bad for Reagan and Bush. Good for Bill Clinton and Obama. How about the “nuclear option?” Terrific when Harry Reid did it. Terrible for us to do now.

How much longer are these pedophile "judges" in their phony baloney courts going to side with the criminals against the citizens?

...the court's 5-3 ruling upheld the authority of the federal government to set immigration policy and laws.

And then another fag feral "judge" turns around today and says, "No, the states have that authority." These friggin' bottom feeding "judges" have got to go.

I thought about this the other day. Quite a timely post, yet again demonstrating everything the Left does is staged, phony, and false. And this Supreme Court ruling can be used as precedent in any attempt by localities to litigate against enforcement of immigration laws in their effort to defy the administration.

Yes, that was our reaction to this ruling at the time...but don’t miss the point of why this article was reposted at the present time...now the Left is arguing localities have primacy over enforcement of immigration policies and can defy the administration at will.
