Yes they can. Some day the Supreme Court will rule that ANY immigration enforcement is illegal and that people from anywhere in the world have a Constitutional right to come here without restriction.
It’s flat out judicial tyranny.
These judges change their opinions based on idealogical winds and they have zero respect for the Constitution as it was written or the rule of law.
The left doesn’t see America as sovereign country but a global enterprise that we have the honor of working 60 hours a week to fund.
