Remember, for all the good things he was, Reagan was a politician.

Trump was never a politician. Makes you want more non-politicians in office, huh?

Makes you wonder why it took so long.....

A wise man once said:

“Want to build a coalition including conservatives, capitalists, blue collar workers, veterans, gun owners, religious people, minorities, freedom-loving Americans of every stripe?

Trump does. And he’s doing it. And that sounds pretty damn conservative to me!

Reagan Revolution meet the Trump Revolution.

No excuses for the tone. None needed.”

He was right then, and still is!

MAGA!

I’m being patient.
He’s only been in office 6 days.
He has to do it soon, though.
Every day that goes by is hundreds more illegal aliens going through Obama’s illegal program.

If he doesn’t do anything then it becomes Trump’s illegal program.

I told my wife over eight months ago that Trump is going to make Reagan look like a left wing liberal.

Somewhat joking of course but you get my point.

The momentum he is creating has completely disoriented his opposition.

Trump is doing the same thing to the left, that Obama did to the right. He's issuing so many change orders, so fast, that the opposition barely has time to digest one, before another one hits them.

Recall how upset, demoralized, and disoriented so many of us became, by Obama's incessant fusilade of orders, edicts, pronouncements, and executive actions. He never gave us a single day of rest. Every day there was some new destructive thing from him that outraged us.

President Trump has effectively turned the table on the enemies of the republic, and is now deploying his pen and phone on full auto, issuing CONSTRUCTIVE measures faster than the left can digest them, or mount an effective defense.

If he keeps up this pace, the left will be reduced to a smallish cult of political hermits within his first year.

Sorry, but I don’t agree. Yet. Not if you consider Reagan modern. Perhaps I’m slow, but it took five years before I was willing to admit that Obama had outstripped President Buchanan as the worst occupant of our White House in history. President Trump has had an amazing week, but I’ll want to see how he does over at least four years before I promote him above the greatest president of the past 150 years.

How will President Trump do against his first military challenge (or are our adversaries too afraid to find out)?

How will President Trump do at resisting the seduction of DC, the hundred variants of “you’ve kept enough promises, now enjoy the perks and build a legacy”.

How will he do at cutting the size of government?

How will he do at getting large numbers of illegals out of America and then instituting a legal immigration system that brings in the workers we need for jobs that cannot be filled by Americans, only, and keeps illegals out - and does so in a manner that endures longer than Obama’s ephemeral legacy?

Impeachment is not an option. Trump’s popularity is soaring. The Rino problem is bad, but if they voted for impeachment, it’d be a career ending move for them.

Pence is conservative. And as a state governor he’s got government experience. Right now he is getting the education of a lifetime from a very effective business leader.

No way is Trump a one man show. He’s definitely a unique leader with amazing skills, but he has stocked his cabinet with leaders who have skills. Trump has already changed government. Trump has already changed the nation.

If Trump had to leave office for any reason, Pence would mostly chart the course that Trump has set us on. Not as effectively, but Trump has shown that it can be done.

Up until now Ronald Reagan was my favorite president in modern history. But remarkably, Donald Trump has passed my hero Reagan in his first 6 days. Trump makes Reagan look like he was standing in quicksand. Trump makes Reagan look like a slacker. Trump makes Reagan look like a liberal (almost).

Reagan was the most articulate Conservative ever, but when Trump talks people listen and believe he intends to do exactly what he says.

Reagan would never have stood toe to toe with the press and told them exactly what he intended to do, let alone build a fence. Talk about it yes, but never build it.

They’re still here and lots of them learned no lesson from the Kenyanesian Usurpation and want ineligible candidates to run after Trump.

Men can fail; principles cannot.

Mohammed said the same thing. Depends on whose principles I guess.

"President Trump is the first since George Washington to put us first."

I can't agree. Andrew Jackson also spoke for the people (as opposed to the New England elites). He was also the first (and maybe only, I'll have to look back at my history) president to eliminate the national debt.

"Since you asked.....

Lol, impeachment? WTF are you smokin’

What has he DONE? Do you understand what “High crimes and misdemeanors”? Do you understand the procedure necessary to impeach a president? Are you even aware who controls the Congress...both Houses?

So far so good. Lots of tough slogging ahead. The campaign was the overture. The opera is now underway.

And lets not forget..a stalking horse for Hillary. Ya know. Cause he’s a Democrat.

Or: "Trump is just in the race to bulldoze a path for Cruz."

That one was always a head scratcher.
