What did he say at his trial? The issues in the stolen documents was above his pay grade? May I suggest the same is true here?

The guy had maturity issues before the Army ever got to recruiting him. They simply weren’t smart enough to grasp how much trouble he was....or that they should have thrown the guy into some chow-hall and just make it a cook...rather than give him a security clearance.
Same with Bergdahl as well.

Nope, he’s still got it. Mark my words, now that “Chelsea” doesn’t have to use the “I’m really a woman” routine anymore as a “get out of jail free” card, he will now in short order, go back to being a man. He isn’t going to cut off anything. He may still claim his deviancy status in order to use it to keep a base of support and as a platform from which to voice his propaganda, however, I’ll bet you he never cuts it off, although I wish he would in order to neuter him, so to speak.

Nope. He was going to get it done. Now that Obama commented the sentence instead of a pardon, he is kicked out of the Army with a BCD and not eligible for a free dick cut off. He will have to find a job (difficult with BCD), liberal group or some other way to get it paid for. Military and Federal Government are out.
