Governor Andrew Cuomo is on his unconventional State of the State tour around New York.
January 9, the Democrat gave one speech in New York City and a modified version later in Buffalo.
In what some see as a possible precursor to a presidential run, Cuomo talked about economic development and took a thinly veiled shot at the president elect for promoting divisiveness.
Cuomo touted high-tech industry development in the state, ride sharing service expansion into areas outside of New York City and the move forward in raising the minimum wage.
While many are saying the Democrat has Presidential aspirations, Cuomo insists he is focused on his work as Governor and plans to run for re-election next year.

The bench is clear. Cuomo is all they have right now. Unless Meryl Streep or Martin Sheen run, of course. LOL
Thought there was an investigation concerning Cuomo, he could be facing jail time. Or is that a new qualifying attribute for Dem candidates for potus?
NYS is mostly red bits. Will our gutless wonder of a gov show up there.. ?
The dems are going to spend the next 4 years brooding and trying to figure out how to win the White House back. They won’t pick Cuomo. He is not radical enough for them. They would love to pick keith ellison - a radical America-hating muzzy, or di blasio - to the left of karl marx.
The only time upstate sees Andrew is when he wants our vote, or to announce some new crony Progressive program that funds his candidacy.
He is as big a 'Press Whore' as Schumer, who would kill you to get in front of the camera.
The DNC allowed him to talk for 7 minutes at the convention, .. but he took 15 minutes - too bad they didn't have 'the Hook' offstage.
"Three Men in a ROOM"- has two convicted, leaving only Cuomo, so far !

He’d likely be running under indictment just like his fellow New Yorker, Hillary.
go ahead dems, nominate an arrogant, insufferable, corrupt NY liberal...because it worked out so well for you this year.
I am more concerned about Hickenlooper of Colorado than Cuomo.
He just gave clemency to a convicted murderer of 3 people (2 of them cops) in the Brink’s robbery of 1981. She was caught at the scene of the crime, and given 75 years to life. Cuomo met her and thought that she was a nice person, so he released her without even informing (let alone consulting with) the families of the murder victims.
NFW he gets elected. Even the uber-lib Daily News condemned him.
They can count on both of ours, to be against!
Hope the budding journalists are interviewing his staff and assistants right now.
It may be hard to get interviews scheduled after these folks have relocated to Riker’s Island.
He is unliked. He is New York and that’s it material. Hate to jinx us but I say ‘Bring it on junior ‘.

He is working on that, he’s proposing “free” college to the masses. He commuted the sentence of a weather underground radical who was involved with the murder of two police officers and a security guard. Give him some time, he will make Bernie blush.
