How about a little situational awareness and some basic common sense. A customer walks into a store with an axe, that’s all the info you need. Either take preemptive measures or quickly leave the store.
I would suggest Ms. Amati (ha!) be supplied with life in prison, no drugs, and a giant cellmate who just wants to make nice--without soap.

My thought is that this wack job couldn’t afford the drugs he was asking for nor the ultimate surgery so ending up in jail or prision or the mental hospital may have been his idea of getting all of the above for free........
