That was Obama’s schtick and we got tired of it real quick. No, this is a “local” issue until proven otherwise, for example if there’s obvious police misconduct. Federal action is not just a “second bite at the apple” as it has been so many times over more than one Administration.
Let Trump set the example by law-and-order actions at the federal level that will let local PDs know that the atmosphere that gave rise to The Ferguson Effect is being reversed by law and by example and by enforcement.

I agree. She wasn't necessarily smiling at the video. We should be careful. This is what the Left always does. They will present some horrible image and then juxtapose an unrelated photo of Trump smiling. We don't want to stoop to their level of character assassination.

The producer screwed up and she was waiting for the adjacent screen shot of the Chief to go live but they were on her and she was not aware of it.
I bekieve she was laughing at that screw up not the beatibng IMO

I don’t know that she was laughing at the video. For all we know, Wolf may have exposed himself to her when she was off-camera. In any case, reporters need to knock off the levity when reporting something horrific.
