Simple: Pass more gun laws because everybody knows that more gun laws reduces gun crime. Also more Gun Free Zone’s and finally sue Indiana so that people from Illinois can’t buy guns there for BLM’s to steal.

What’s to be done? How about a slightly modified versions of Ann Coulter’s prescription for peace in the Middle East?: “Invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert the rest to Christianity.” That’s a bit harsh for Chicago, but some more moderate version designed of the “Coulter Doctrine” might do the trick.
Nothing. So long as the people perpetrating and excusing the carnage blame someone else for their dysfunction, absolutely nothing can be done about it.
