Impy, I agree that Gov. Rauner could send the national guard. Last night, I heard him say that crime will decrease, if Chicago has more jobs. He must think that poverty causes crime, but I think that’s wrong. During the Depression, the poverty rate was higher than it is now, but, in most of the U.S., the violent crime rate is higher, now.
