Just days after Kelly announced she was leaving the network after 12 years for a position at NBC News, news broke that Fox News is replacing “The Kelly File” with Carlson’s new show “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” Though he had taken over Greta Van Susteren’s slot at 7 p.m. EST, Carlson will now move to 9 p.m. EST.

Glad to hear - I like Tucker’s style.
Most UConn Women’s basketball games end at about 9 so this is ideal. (Most games are over before the first whistle)

You probably already heard by now that FOX places Marcia MaCalum (sp), in Tucker’s earlier spot.

I like what Tucker Carlson has done so far. He really takes it to lefties.
Carlson’s ratings have been good in the earlier time slot, and this change will give him access to a wider audience.
Kelly will not be missed...

It was time for an upgrade.
I’m excited... I’ve been very impressed with Tucker since he started in the 7pm slot a few months ago, but I usually can’t watch at that time. I’ll see him a lot more at 9.
Also, I don’t think we’ll see any leftward drift from him like we saw from Megyn.
Tucker is indeed fun to watch, but someone needs to take him shooting before he has another gun grabber on.
Tucker did OK, but missed many opportunities to make good points because he does not understand the differences between certain types ot guns and ammo. His heart is in the right place....he just needs to study more.
Now put Brit Hume in the 7 pm slot!
