Nope.
What could possibly go wrong?
I don’t understand why everyone wants to take pictures of themselves? I spend most of my time trying to stay OUT of pictures?
Concur.. way to much intrusion and I can honestly say I’ve never taken a selfie either.
This should produce some great Darwin award photos.
Right? I mean, I want my NSA, er, web-connected car uploading my conversations (with photos of everyone in the car) to Utah, er, the cloud.
And driving me wherever my benevolent masters want.
DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE?!?! < /S >
Yes, me too. The thought of my car tattling on my every move would force me to finish at least one of my restoration jobs languishing in the shop.
LOL same here. It’s bad enough they can find you on Google.
Intrusion? What, you don’t relish the idea of the car verifying your face and voice and uploading same to the mothership before starting up?
I love taking pictures and rolling video but I really don’t like being in the frame either.
IOW, the car is reading the contents of everyone's phone.
Hmmn, sounds great!
Put it this way.. if anyone tried tracking me via cell phone they’d think I was dead. It seldom leaves the kitchen counter.
yup, rumored Google is building the systems and software for facial scanning and recognition over social media and Cloud picture services.
Which is exactly why we need these new systems built-in to every car on the road!
Before, techophobes could avoid being tracked by simply not participating!
We can't afford for that to continue!
Self centeredness. Thats why. Plus we didnt grow up with phones and we are able to be by ourselves, not concerned if we dont have interent or friends we must constantly be able,to communicate with.
Facial recognition connected to the web in a self driving car. Great way for perps with warrants to be found, doors/windows locked and driven to the police station.
No thanks.
It is not too far-fetched to imagine that tapestry being mined for phrases to stitch together to incriminate anyone who may be deemed guilty of thought crimes against the state.
This will reduce the number of shotgun weddings.
Obama will have a fleet of them.
Selfie taking car? No thanks...my dad said today’s cars are to computerized and you can’t go in and buy parts like we can on his Gran Torino. Do I really want a car that could tell my parents that I was at the beach instead of me being at work?
