Of all Barack Obama’s costumes, the most ill-fitting is that of the hawk. The guise doesn’t work for all sorts of ideological and historical reasons. Plus there’s the fact that he’s rushing to put on the outfit as he’s heading out the door.
The new sanctions against Russia are fine with me on the merits, even if they are remarkably tardy and being sold in no small part for domestic, political reasons.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been undermining American interests for a long time now. From the annexation of Crimea and a shadow war in Ukraine to his unabashed support for the butcher Bashar Assad in Syria, Putin has given the Obama administration every excuse to punch back. But until last week, Obama’s response had been to offer various and sundry diplomatic “off-ramps” and a little bit of tongue-lashing.

Of all the gaging things the author said, this one was ridiculous. Can anybody imagine a fist fight between bare-chested, alligator wrestling Putin and the metrosexual pajama boy in the White House? Oh, puhleeeeze!
The only thing Obama could punch is a cream puff, which would hardly be dented.

An astute observation, but hey... You can apparently annex the Crimea, invade the Ukraine, draw lines in the sand and then forget where you put them, but if you screw with the Democrat Party (who by the way, is not a government entity), well then... You’re really making Barry angry.
Real historians (not plagiarizer’s like Doris Kearns Goodwin) will hold Obama to account for his failure as a President and the harshest critic is always history.
Is Bashar Assad worse than ISIS?

This overlooks the fact that he secretly created Isis who have slaughtered the people in the Middle East. He’s no dove.
He also put the Muslim Brotherhood into power in Egypt after the “Arab Spring” which he organized, creating chaos all over the middle east. The Muslim Brotherhood proceeded to burn churches, slaughter Christians and even crucified Christians on Morsey’s (sp!) presidential lawn.
He’s a Islamic radical terrorist which is why he won’t say those words.
And it’s going to get worse, until he is in an orgy of progressive madness.
I envision him sitting behind Trump, shaking and drooling. He will look like he is getting a random shock every few seconds.
He will go out in a Progressive Lives Matter shit-show of glory.
Obama never was presidential material from day one. He still isn’t, he’s just affirmative action writ large.

Of course Chaney has to be wearing the same hat he was 8 years ago.
