>>Huntsman said the unnamed parents objected to Tiny Tim's famous "God Bless us, everyone" phrase in the 19th Century classic.

Unnamed parents whose gods are themselves?

The writing is on the wall for reprobates just like them:

The more homogeneous a nation, the stronger the nation. A house divided among itself will not stand.

Why is it that when the likes of many of us don’t like something, we have to deal with it or don’t watch/participate?

But when the liberals so much as complain, everyone scrambles to accommodate them, regardless of how many others don’t want it that way.

Another reason to homeschool.

Earlier today at FR, there was a story on how some idiot who was a rape victim complaining about how much attention the Virgin Mary is receiving. Especially here at Christmas time.

“It’s not fair that she’s a virgin!”

I suspect these idiot parents would have preferred Tiny Tim to have been aborted rather than have a disabled child around.

Let me repeat that undeniable truth: Liberalism is truly a mental disease.

"Our decision is rooted in the desire to be respectful of the many cultural and religious backgrounds represented by the students."

Should have thought of that before you decided to present a play titled "A Christmas Carol".

The parents of the rest of the students need to pay a “Ghost of Christmas” visit to these Scrooges. We need to stop letting the system work only one way, toward the oppression of the majority by the minority.

Tom Kramer, the principal of the school, said in a statement that the school's decision is "rooted in the desire to be respectful of the many cultural and religious backgrounds represented by the students."

Except for that one.

I take it this is a public school. Parents were negligent and indiscriminate in their choice of day care. And likely will continue to be.

Dickens wrote Tiny Tim as hoping “the people would see him in the church, because he was a cripple, and it might be pleasant to remember upon Christmas Day, who made lame beggars walk, and blind men see.”

It is precisely the one who made lame beggars walk, and blind men see, that these people object to.

You cannot have A Christmas Carol with portions of it excised for political reasons. Either do it, or don’t, but don’t mess around with our literature and traditions.

The parents also want to change the characters name from Tiny Tim to Vertically Challenged Tim.
